SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations We currently deliver across Pakistan.

Delivery Timeframe Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) may arrive sooner. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — keep an eye on our website and social media pages.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your delivery status.

Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date at contactshinovix@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
